This Privacy Policy describes how Stratoglide ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses and discloses your personal information when you visit our website or make a purchase.

Device information — to load the site correctly for you. Collected automatically through your browser as you use the site. We collect things like your browser type, approximate location (from your IP address), and which pages or products you view.
Order information — to process your payment, arrange shipping, send order confirmations and updates, and provide support. Collected from you at checkout. We collect your name, shipping and billing address, email address and phone number. Payment details are collected and processed directly by our payment processor, Stripe — we never see or store your full card details ourselves.
Customer support information — to respond to your enquiries. Collected from you when you contact us, and includes your email address and anything else you choose to share with us.
Our site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at the address above and we'll delete it.
We only share your personal information with the service providers we need to run our store and fulfil your order:

Stratoglide does not use advertising or analytics tracking cookies. Your shopping cart is kept in your own browser's local storage (not a cookie) so it's remembered between visits on the same device, and it never leaves your device until you check out. When you check out, our payment processor Stripe may set its own cookies to process your payment securely and prevent fraud; this is covered by Stripe's own privacy policy linked above.
If you are located in the European Economic Area, we process your personal information under the following lawful bases: your consent; the performance of our contract with you; compliance with our legal obligations; and our legitimate interests, where these do not override your rights and freedoms.
We retain your personal information for as long as needed to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, including recordkeeping and legal requirements, unless you ask us to erase it.
We do not use any fully automated decision-making (including profiling) that has a legal or otherwise significant effect on you.
