Processing times

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You'll get another email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping rates

Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address. Every order is charged in Australian dollars (AUD), including international orders. Current standard rates:

International orders

Orders shipped outside Australia may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by your destination country. These charges are set by customs and are the customer's responsibility; Stratoglide has no way to predict or cover them.

How do I check the status of my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update. If you haven't received a tracking link within 5 business days of your confirmation email, contact us at stratoglide.support@gmail.com with your name and order number and we'll look into it.

Refunds, returns and exchanges

See our Refund Policy for full details. In short: we accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we'll refund the order amount minus the shipping cost already paid. If your order arrives damaged, email us at stratoglide.support@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the damage — we handle these case by case.
